Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
3 c. grated carrots
Preparation
-
Cream together sugar, eggs and oil.
Put in rest of ingredients.
Bake in tube pan or oblong pan at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
