Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    squash (enough for 4 to 6 people)
    1/2 c. onion
    1/2 stick oleo
    1 egg
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Boil squash with salt. Drain and mash. Add other ingredients and pour into greased Pyrex (9 x 13-inch). Top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
