Cream Of Spinach Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. thin white sauce
1 1/2 c. cooked spinach
1 tsp. onion, scraped
dash of nutmeg
1 c. rich milk
Preparation
-
Put spinach through sieve.
Add with onion to the cup of hot milk in saucepan.
Gradually stir in the thin white sauce, stirring until smooth.
Season with salt to taste and a dash of nutmeg.
