Naturally Sweet Soft Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. packed chopped dates
    1 medium ripe banana, sliced
    1/3 c. creamy peanut butter
    1/4 c. water
    1 egg
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. oatmeal
    1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    In a mixing bowl, combine raisins, dates, banana, peanut butter, water, egg and vanilla.
    Beat until blended.
    Add oatmeal, flour, and baking soda.
    Mix to blend thoroughly.
    Drop by teaspoonfuls onto non-stick baking sheets or onto baking sheets sprayed with cooking spray.
    Flatten slightly.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until browned.
    Cool on rack.
    This recipe contains no added sugar.
    The sweet taste comes from the fruit.
    Each cookie contains 44 calories.
    Two cookies count for one bread and one-half fat exchange.
    One tablespoon of salad dressing can be used in place of the egg.
    This recipe is great for diabetics.
