Canter Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. tomato juice
    3/4 c. Quaker oats
    1 egg
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Mix lightly, but thoroughly.
    Press into 8 x 4-inch loaf pan.
    Bake 1 hour. Drain, let stand 5 minutes.
