Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 sticks butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
3 Tbsp. flour
1 c. milk
1 can crushed pineapple
4 or 5 bananas
Cool Whip (large)
pecans
coconut
maraschino cherries
Preparation

Mix graham cracker crumbs and 1 stick melted butter together for crust.
Cook flour and milk until thick; let cool.
Mix sugar, shortening and 1 stick butter together until smooth.
Add cooked pudding; spread on crust.
Put pineapple on top of this, then put bananas on top of pineapple.
Spread Cool Whip on this.
Sprinkle with pecans, coconut and cherries.
