Lemon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch (heaping)
    pinch of salt
    1/2 lemon (juice and grated rind)
    2 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. butter
Preparation
    Blend sugar with cornstarch, salt and grated rind and juice. Add boiling water.
    Let cook long enough to cook the cornstarch; add the butter.
    Serve warm over Cottage Pudding.
