G. G. Parker'S Clam Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 oz. clams or leftover steamed or 2 cans minced
2 Tbsp. butter
2 c. water
biscuits (baking powder or Bisquick)
Preparation

Clean clams under cool water.
Open, keeping juice in pan. Add clams, water and butter; simmer about 5 minutes or until clams start to curl.
Transfer to buttered casserole dish.
Add biscuit topping (6 to 8 to cover clams) and bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes, or until biscuits are browned but not doughy underneath.
