Spinach Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3 eggs
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    9-inch pie crust shell
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Thaw and drain spinach completely. Mix all ingredients (except pie crust) in large bowl.
    Fill pie crust shell and bake 40 minutes or until a knife slits the center and comes out clean.
    Let sit a few minutes before slicing.
