Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. or more grated onion
    1 Tbsp. or more chopped pepper
    salt
    pepper
    1 1/2 c. rice
    1 can tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix meatballs; form in balls and roll in uncooked rice.
    Cover with tomato juice and cook at 325\u00b0 for 2 hours or more.
    Add more tomato juice during cooking.
