Peaches And Cream Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. Pillsbury flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 1/4 oz. pkg. dry vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. reserved fruit juice
Preparation

Combine first 7 ingredients in large bowl.
Beat 2 minutes. Pour into 10-inch pie pan.
Place one can sliced peaches (drained) over batter.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and juice in mixer and pour over peaches to within 1-inch of edge of batter.
