Peanut Buster Parfait - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    40 Oreo cookies
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
    1 (16 oz.) jar fudge syrup (I use Mrs. Richardson's)
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    1 c. Spanish peanuts
Preparation
    Crush cookies and mix with melted margarine.
    Press 3/4 of mixture into bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread soft ice cream over crumbs and freeze.
