Braunschweiger Party Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients

12 oz. braunschweiger
4 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated onion
dash of pepper to taste
dash of garlic powder to taste

Preparation

Mix all ingredients until smooth.
Serve immediately or refrigerate spread approximately 1 hour and shape into ball and cover with nuts.
Serve with crackers, chips or fresh vegetables.
