Hobo Stew - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. hamburger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
3 c. diced potatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 c. corn
1/2 to 1 c. water
Preparation

Brown hamburger. Saut onion, celery and peppers. Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish; add water to desired consistency (start with a little more water or it will become really thick). Bake, with lid on, at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes or until potatoes are done. Stir occasionally while cooking. Serve with dinner rolls.
