Pirozhki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour
    1/2 lb. chilled salted butter
    6 Tbsp. vegetable shortening \"Crisco\"
    4 tsp. vinegar mixed with 3 to 4 Tbsp. ice water
Preparation
    In large bowl, put flour.
    Cut in butter and shortening .
    Cut until fat is about pea sized.
    Add spoonful at a time the vinegar mixed with ice water.
    Gather dough into a ball.
    Divide into 2 balls.
    Refrigerate.
