Cajun "Hot Dog" Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburger
    1 small can tomato paste
    4 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. minced green onions
    3 Tbsp. minced onions
    1 tsp. onion salt
    dash of garlic powder
    2 Tbsp. mustard
    1 tsp. Accent
    dash Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1/2 c. ketchup
    black pepper
Preparation
    Place hamburger in large pan of cold, salted water.
    Bring to a boil, breaking up meat with spoon until fine consistency.
    Drain meat.
    Mix all ingredients with meat.
    Simmer for 1 hour, stirring often.
    (Add a little water if too thick).
    If a stronger flavor is desired, add more chili powder.
    Serve over hot dog and bun. (Great to eat while watching the Saints!!!)
