Pecan Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. seedless raisins
    2 lb. shelled pecans
    4 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 heaping Tbsp. baking powder
    2 whole nutmegs, grated
    1 1/2 sticks margarine
    6 large eggs
    1/2 c. molasses
    1 c. apple juice
Preparation
    Mix raisins and pecans together and sprinkle with a little flour.
    Set aside.
    Mix thoroughly all dry ingredients.
    Cream butter; add sugar and cream well.
    Beat eggs well with a fork and add slowly to butter-sugar mixture; mix well.
    Add molasses and apple juice.
    Fold in dry ingredients; add nuts and raisins. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 3 hours.
    (I make this in two angel food cake pans and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours.)
    When cool, wrap in cloth soaked in apple juice for at least two weeks before serving.
