Ingredients

2 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 c. grated zucchini or apples
1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients together, then add the rest. Chill in refrigerator 1 hour (optional).
