Richard'S Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. green pepper
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies
    1 small can Pet milk
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    soft corn tortillas
Preparation
    Cook hamburger meat and onion until brown.
    Add green pepper, cream of mushroom soup, Pet milk and tomatoes.
    Mix well and let simmer for 1 hour.
    (Add a little water if sauce gets too thick.) Line a baking dish with tortillas; cover with meat sauce and repeat layers.
    Sprinkle with grated cheese.
    Bake for 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
