Oven Meatballs(Porcupines) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Combine beef, rice, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and onion.
    Shape into meatballs.
    Place in 2-quart casserole.
    Mix soup and water; pour over meatballs.
    Cover tightly; bake for 1 hour, or until done.
    Serve with more rice and green salad.
