Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. squash
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium chopped onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. mild Cheddar cheese
    1 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook squash with onions.
    Drain and mash down.
    Add butter; stir until melted.
    Place in casserole dish and add mushroom soup and grated cheese.
    Mix.
    Sprinkle cracker crumbs over top.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 or 30 minutes.
