Carrot-Raisin Nut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled, shredded carrots (about 1 lb. without tops)
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. seedless raisins
    2 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    dash of nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. orange juice
    1/3 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Mix carrots, walnuts, raisins, sugar, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and orange juice very well.
    Stir in mayonnaise.
    Chill at least 1 hour before serving.
