Green Chile - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. diced green chilies
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chicken base
3 Tbsp. chopped garlic
4 chicken filets, diced
3 gal. chicken stock
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
6 oz. cornstarch
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 oz. cumin
1/2 oz. oregano
Preparation
-
Simmer\tchicken filets in stock until done.
Remove and dice. Saute
onion
and
garlic in olive oil; add chicken and green chilies
for
a
couple minutes.
Add cilantro to saute mix.
Add saute mix and remaining ingredients to stock. Simmer to desired consistency and flavor.
