Pecan Candy Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 jar marshmallow cream
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
    1 lb. Kraft caramels
Preparation
    Combine flavoring and cream; knead in sugar.
    Shape in rolls, 1-inch in diameter, about 5-inches long.
    Wrap in waxed paper and freeze.
    Melt 1 pound Kraft caramels over boiling water.
    Add 1 tablespoon water.
    Remove from heat and dip rolls in melted caramel.
    Roll in coarsely chopped nuts and press nuts in firmly.
