Homestyle Turkey Sausage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. (about 1 lb.) The Turkey Store premium fresh turkey Italian sausage, cut in thirds
1/3 c. reduced-sodium chicken broth
12 small red potatoes, quartered
2 ribs celery, cut in 1-inch chunks
1 medium onion, sliced
1 small bell pepper (green, red or yellow), cut in 2-inch strips
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Preparation

Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray.
Heat skillet over medium-high heat about 30 seconds.
Add turkey Italian sausage. Cover and cook 14 to 16 minutes or until lightly browned and no longer pink in center, turning occasionally.
Add remaining ingredients. Reduce heat to medium-low and cover; cook 30 to 35 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Makes 6 servings.
