Corn Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. corn
    3 eggs, separated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Stir the corn into the well beaten egg yolks.
    Add the salt, pepper and flour.
    Beat the egg whites until they stand up in peaks.
    Then fold them gently into the corn mixture.
    Drop by tablespoon into a greased fry pan that is on medium heat.
    Brown quickly on both sides.
    Cook until they are golden brown.
