Zucchini, Banana, Pineapple Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. zucchini
    1 c. walnuts
    1 c. bananas
    8 1/4 oz. pineapple, crushed and drained
    3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix eggs, add oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Continue beating until thick and foamy.
    With spoon, stir in zucchini, bananas and pineapple.
    Combine flour, baking powder, soda, cinnamon and nutmeg.
    Stir in and mix well; add nuts.
    Stir until mixed. Divide between 2 greased, floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes clean.
