Zippy Chicken Strips - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. boneless chicken breast halves
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
3 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Cut chicken into 3
x 1-inch strips and place in a shallow dish. Combine the next 3 ingredients.
Pour over chicken.
Cover dish and marinate 30 minutes. Combine flour, pepper, salt and paprika.
Dredge chicken pieces in flour mixture.
Fry in hot oil (375\u00b0) until golden brown. Drain on paper towels.
Yields 8 to 10 servings.
