Oven Fried Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/4 tsp. each: pepper, paprika and basil
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder (optional)
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1/4 c. bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. safflower oil
Preparation
    Combine melted margarine, lemon juice and seasonings.
    Dip fish fillets in this mixture and cover with bread crumbs.
    Spread oil in baking dish and arrange fillets in 1 layer.
    Spoon any remaining margarine mixture over fish and bake in 475\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork.
