Jellied Peach Creme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jell-O peach gelatin
    1 1/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. half and half
    1/4 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Chill about 15 minutes; then add half and half and extract.
    Chill until firm, about 3 hours.
    Spoon into serving dishes.
    Garnish with chopped toasted almonds if desired.
    Makes 2 1/4 cups or 4 servings.
