Potato Salad(Non-Fattening--Unless Of Course You Eat Too Much!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium large red potatoes, boiled, chilled and cubed with skins left on
    12 eggs, hard-boiled, chilled and chopped
    1 large jar chopped pimientos, drained
    2 bunches green onions (scallions), small sliced or coarsely chopped
    1 medium to small bunch celery, small sliced or coarsely chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    light mayonnaise (to coat and moisten)
Preparation
    Use a large mixing bowl and mix well with a strong spoon. Tastes best if refrigerated overnight.
