Ham And Cheese Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pastry shells (9-inch)
2 c. diced cooked ham
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
2 tsp. dried minced onion
4 eggs
2 c. half and half cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Bake the pie shells as directed. Divide the ham, cheese and onions between the 2 shells. In a bowl, whisk the eggs, cream, salt and pepper. Pour into the shells. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 5 to 10 minutes before cutting.
