Cornish Pasties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. shortening
4 to 6 Tbsp. water
1 lb. hamburg
1 lb. potatoes
1 small onion
4 carrots
Preparation

Measure flour and salt into bowl.
Mix in shortening. Sprinkle in water 1 tablespoon at a time until flour is moistened and dough almost clears side of bowl (1 to 2 teaspoons water can be added if needed).
Roll out dough and cut into round circles.
