Chinese-Style Cabbage - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
3 c. finely shredded cabbage
1 c. chopped celery
1 medium green pepper, chopped (optional)
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oil in skillet.
Drop in vegetables; stir well.
Cover tightly.
Steam 5 minutes on medium heat.
Season with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately.
Makes 4 servings.
Good with Ham Loaf.
