Lemon Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. powdered sugar
2 sticks butter or margarine
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 eggs
Preparation

Mix with hands flour, powdered sugar and butter or margarine until it becomes soft dough.
Pat down in 13 x 9-inch baking dish that has been greased and floured.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Beat with mixer sugar, lemon juice and eggs.
Spread over first layer.
Put in oven and bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until firm.
