Salmon Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can Libby's salmon
2 tsp. grated onion
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. pkg. softened cream cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. parsley
dash of liquid smoke
Preparation

Drain and flake salmon, removing cartilage.
Combine all other ingredients except parsley and pecans. Chill well.
Form into log. Roll in pecans and parsley which have been mixed together.
