Ingredients

2/3 c. butter
1 2/3 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 c. cream
1 tsp. lemon extract
1 box coconut
Preparation

Mix butter and sugar.
Add well beaten egg yolks.
Add cream, extract and coconut.
Add stiffly beaten egg whites.
Pour into 2 pie crusts and bake.
