Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 tsp. instant chicken bouillon
    1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2/3 c. orange juice
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. pork loin roast (boneless)
    1/2 tsp. thyme leaves
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    You will also need 1 regular size oven cooking bag.
