Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 fryer
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Boil chicken.
Chill broth and remove fat on surface.
Heat broth and add rice.
Saute onions and celery in separate skillet. When rice is done, add onions, celery, chili powder, tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
Debone chicken before serving.
