Chocolate Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. sugar
    1 qt. half and half
    1 pt. whipping cream
    1 c. chocolate syrup
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    about 3 c. milk
Preparation
    Beat eggs with electric mixer at medium speed until frothy. Gradually add sugar, beating until thick.
    Ad the next four ingredients; mix well.
    Pour mixture into freezer can of 1-gallon freezer.
    Add enough milk to fill can about 3/4 full.
    Freeze according to manufacturer's directions.
    Let ripen at least 1 hour.
    Makes 1 gallon.
