Corn Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. vegetable oil
3 Tbsp. lime juice
2 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
1 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. coriander
1/2 tsp. hot paprika (hot pepper sauce okay)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) bag frozen corn, thawed
1 red bell pepper, diced 1/2 inch
1 green bell pepper, diced 1/2 inch
1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar
4 green onions, sliced
Preparation
-
Combine salad ingredients.
Toss with dressing which has been whisked together (oil, lime juice and spices).
Serve at room temperature.
