Frango'S - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 capfuls mint extract
Preparation
    Cream together the sugar and soft butter (not melted) and add eggs.
    Cream together.
    Melt chocolate chips; pour into sugar mixture.
    Add vanilla and mint.
    Beat until creamy.
    Drop by teaspoonful on waxed paper; let harden, then wrap as desired.
