No Crust Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained (reserve liquid)
    1 c. soft bread crumbs
    1 slightly beaten egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
    2 slices Mozzarella cheese
    1 (5 1/2 oz.) can pizza sauce
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Drain mushrooms, adding water (if necessary) to liquid to equal 1 1/2 cups of liquid.
    Combine liquid, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper.
    Let stand 5 minutes. Add ground chuck, oregano and half the mushrooms; mix lightly.
    In a 9-inch pie plate, form a \"meat\" crust.
    Cut the Mozzarella cheese into 8 triangles; layer over meat.
    Top with pizza sauce, onion, green pepper and remaining mushrooms.
    Dash with oregano. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese.
    Bake 5 minutes.
