Tony'S Shrimp And Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    shrimp, shelled and cleaned, allow 6 per person
    chopped onion
    chopped garlic
    other fresh vegetables in season, such as tomatoes, peppers and zucchini
    chopped basil
    chopped thyme
    chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute shrimp in hot oil over medium high heat for about 4 minutes.
    Add vegetables to shrimp and cook until shrimp and vegetables are tender, about 4 minutes more.
    Finish with a dash of soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce.
    Deglaze pan with sherry. Serve over pasta of choice.
    Can also be served as a pasta salad.
