Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. fresh mushrooms
    1 lb. bacon
    approximately 4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crispy.
    Crumble into bowl.
    Mix mayonnaise with bacon crumbs until thick and creamy.
    Set aside.
    Clean mushrooms; remove stems.
    Fill mushroom caps with bacon mixture. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 1 to 2 minutes more until melted.
