Irish Poppy Tea Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    2 large eggs
    1 Tbsp. poppy seed
    2 Tbsp. orange juice
    2 c. unsifted flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Heat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Grease 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    In a large bowl with electric mixer, beat sour cream, sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
    Beat in eggs, poppy seed and orange juice until well mixed.
    Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
    Beat at low speed until combined.
    Spoon batter into pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes.
    After cooling, remove from pan and wrap in plastic and let sit overnight.
