Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bag broccoli cuts
    1/2 stick butter, melted
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    cracker or bread crumbs
    1/2 c. onion, chopped (optional)
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine butter, cream of mushroom soup and onion (chopped finely if desired); stir, then add broccoli cuts.
    Stir, then sprinkle cheese, grated, and put crushed Ritz crackers, bread crumbs or saltine crumbs on top of casserole. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
