Pear Mincemeat - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 1/2 lb. pears, peeled and cored
    1 lemon
    1 orange
    1 c. pineapple
    1 unpeeled apple
    1 lb. raisins
    1 c. grape juice
    1 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. cloves
    1 Tbsp. allspice
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
    3 lb. sugar
Preparation
    Grind all the fruit (I use a food chopper).
    Mix all the fruit well, then add the spices and sugar.
    Stir to mix well, then cook for about 2 hours, stirring often to keep from scorching.
    Can while hot.
