Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken or 6 to 8 desired parts
    1/2 can water
    1 pkg. prepared Italian dressing
    1 c. chopped carrots
    1 can cream of chicken or celery soup
    1 can English peas
    6 medium potatoes, peeled and halved
Preparation
    Arrange chicken in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Combine the soup, water and prepared dressing.
    Set aside.
    Arrange the peas, carrots and potatoes around chicken.
    Pour the dressing and soup mixture over all the ingredients.
    Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until chicken is done and tender.
