Seafood Rotelle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. green onions, chopped (tops also)
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 bottle clam juice
    1/2 c. white wine
    1/2 c. plain yogurt
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 1/2 lb. small, cooked shrimp
    1 can drained crabmeat
    1 pkg. rotelle, cooked al dente
    1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    3 cloves minced garlic
Preparation
    In 4 tablespoons margarine, cook onion until limp.
    Blend in flour and stir until bubbling.
    Remove from heat; stir in broth, clam juice, wine, yogurt, oregano, red pepper, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese.
    Stir until thick and the cheese has melted.
    Add shrimp and crab.
    Pour over rotelle.
